  1. General Overview
  • SingExperience acts as an intermediary marketplace and platform that connects customers with experience providers, merchants, hotel operators, and venue partners (“Third-Party Partners”).
  • All bookings, gift packs, and voucher purchases made through our platform are subject to these terms, as well as any specific rules or policies enforced by individual Third-Party Partners.
  1. Orders & Payment
  • Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD/SG$).
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful payment, an order confirmation and voucher details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  1. Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards
  • Validity: Vouchers are valid for the exact period stated on the voucher or gift card from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers are void and cannot be extended or refunded, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed following the specific instructions provided on the voucher or booking page.
  • Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or redeemed for monetary refund once issued.
  • Loss or Theft: SingExperience is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers once delivered.
  1. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Partner Availability: All experiences, flight simulators, stays, and workshops are subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekend slots.
  • Rescheduling & Cancellations:
    • Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the specific activity and Third-Party Partner.
    • Late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations made outside the partner’s allowable window may result in the forfeiture of the voucher or booking without a refund.
  • Weather & Force Majeure: Outdoor, maritime, or flight activities (e.g., yacht charters, wakeboarding, outdoor workshops) may be canceled or delayed due to adverse weather or safety concerns. In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date.
  1. Participation, Health & Safety Requirements
  • Health & Fitness: Certain activities (such as water sports, indoor skydiving, or simulators) may have physical, height, weight, age, or health restrictions.
  • Compliance: Participants must adhere strictly to the health, safety, and operational guidelines set by the Third-Party Partner conducting the activity.
  • Refusal of Service: Partners reserve the right to refuse service to any individual showing signs of intoxication, unsafe behavior, or failure to meet safety requirements.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Third-Party Services: SingExperience does not directly operate or control all activities offered on the platform. The Third-Party Partner is solely responsible for providing the service safely and professionally.
  • Personal Risk: Participation in any experience is undertaken at your own risk. SingExperience shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with any activity booked through our site.
  1. Intellectual Property
