Your host Carrie Chen is a world authority on tea and tea culture. She scours the earth for fine quality Chinese, Japanese and English teas and artisanal tea ware, creating her own blends, and pairing them beautifully with exquisite foods to be appreciated on-premise, or taken home by our guests. Teas are usually sourced from countries with rich tea culture such as Japan, China and Sri Lanka.
She selects the best tea of the season, and will pair it with exquisite morsel from China, South East Asia or South Asia to elevate the experience. One can always expect interesting and exciting combination.
